1. DEFINITIONS
Online service - The online service «UA-PROXY» designed to provide communication services, located at the link on the website https://ua-proxy.net is the owner and processor of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, in particular, Ukrainian Law No. 2297-VI «On Personal Data Protection» dated June 1, 2010.
Account - The aggregate information about the User that was provided by the User during registration and/or in the process of using the Online service.
User - An individual or organization that has a registered Account for the purpose of using the features available on the Online service.
Personal data - Any information that directly or indirectly allows the identification of the User, including but not limited to: name; email address (hereinafter - email); and other information.
Processing of personal data - Any action or set of actions, such as collection, recording, accumulation, storage, adaptation, alteration, updating, use, and dissemination (distribution, implementation, transmission), depersonalization, destruction of personal data, including using information (automated) systems.
Cookies - Small files stored on the user's device when the user visits the Online service.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the procedure for the collection, processing, storage, and protection of the User's personal data by the Online service.
2.2. The User does not have the right to register and use the features available on the Online service if they do not agree with any of the terms and/or the content as a whole of this Privacy Policy and Agreement, which are mandatory for all Users of the Online service.
2.3. Registering an Account in the Online service signifies the full acceptance by the User of the terms of this Privacy Policy, Agreement, as well as constitutes the User's consent to the collection, processing, storage, and transfer of personal data in accordance with the conditions described in this Privacy Policy.
2.4. The User of the Online service is responsible for their actions performed when using the Online service and for the actions of persons acting on their behalf using their personal data.
2.5. The User of the Online service acknowledges that in case of their negligent attitude to the security and protection of their personal data, including during registration and in the process of using the Online service, third parties may gain unauthorized access to their Account, personal, and other data. In this case, the Online service is not responsible for the damages caused by such access.
2.6. If the User has not reached the age of majority, they do not have the right to register on the Online service and/or provide their personal data to the Online service.
2.7. If we become aware of the receipt of personal data from a person who has not reached the age of majority, we will promptly delete this information. If the User has reasons to believe that such a fact has occurred, please contact the support service at: support@ua-proxy.net or in the Online service chat.
3. USER DATA
3.1. DATA PROVIDED BY THE USER
3.1.1. By registering an Account in the Online service, subscribing, using the features of the Online service, consulting with representatives of the Online service support service, and/or cooperating in any other way, the User voluntarily provides their personal information, which may include, but is not limited to:
  1. name;
  2. email (hereinafter - email address);
By providing this information, the User agrees to and gives consent to the collection, processing, storage, and transfer of such information to the Online service. All information is collected «as is» and is not changed by the Online service during data collection.
3.2. DATA COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY
3.2.1. Every time the User interacts with the Online service, the Online service automatically receives and records information about the User's actions on the Online service, their usage, and network activity. This information may include IP address, location, operating system, browser name and ID, history of viewed pages, data about your interaction with the Online service (form autofill, carts, time spent on the web page, URL, HTTP referer, User Agent, etc.). Data collection is performed using log files, cookies, and other tracking technologies.
3.3. COOKIES FILES
3.3.1. The online service uses cookies that inform us which pages of our online service are visited and how many people. This allows us to understand what information is useful and what may need improvement.
3.3.2. The user can accept or reject cookies, and can also control the use of cookies through browser settings. If the user chooses to disable cookies, they can still use the online service, but some sections and features of the online service may not work.
3.3.3. The online service may place cookies on the user's device by default if they are extremely necessary for the operation of the online service. Necessary cookies help make the online service user-friendly by enabling basic functions such as page navigation and access to secure sections of the online service. The online service cannot function properly without these cookies.
3.3.4. The user can change or revoke their consent at any time by contacting customer support at: support@ua-proxy.net or in the online service chat.
4. USE AND DISCLOSURE OF DATA
4.1. Information about the user of the online service, including personal data, is used to provide the user with access to the features of the online service; create and ensure the functioning of the user's account; provide the user with information services regarding various aspects of conducting business activities through the capabilities of the online service; provide support and assistance to the user in using the capabilities of the online service, and is limited to the purposes of using the online service.
4.2. The user's personal data is stored in the internal database of the online service for the duration of the user's account on the online service.
4.3. Provision of information to third parties. The online service uses third-party service providers, such as payment systems, CRM systems, email services, and other necessary service providers that may assist in providing services to the user. The online service may disclose certain information about the user to third-party service providers with limited access to perform certain tasks and services on behalf of the online service. We only work with companies we trust to ensure the security of your information and provide only the minimum amount of information necessary to provide services.
4.4. Disclosure of user information, including personal data, or of an authorized person, is permitted in cases defined by law, and only in the interests of national security, economic prosperity, and human rights, in particular, but not limited to, upon reasoned requests from state authorities authorized to submit requests and receive such data.
5. USER RIGHTS REGARDING DATA
5.1. RIGHT TO ACCESS. The user may request access to the information stored about them by the online service.
5.2. RIGHT TO MODIFY. The user may change and/or delete their information, including personal data, and/or opt out of newsletters at any time by using the settings in their personal account in the account. After the user changes and/or deletes their information, including personal data, the provision of services to the user by the online service may be suspended, and the user will be notified by receiving a corresponding email at the email address provided during registration.
5.3. RIGHT TO DELETE ACCOUNT. The user may delete their account on the online service at any time by contacting customer support with a corresponding request at: support@ua-proxy.net. In this case, the user's information provided during registration of the account and/or during use of the online service will be permanently deleted.
6. TERMS OF USE OF THE ONLINE SERVICE
6.1. By using the Online Service, the User confirms that:
6.1.1. Has all necessary rights enabling them to acquire civil rights for themselves and exercise them independently, perform them independently, and bear responsibility for their non-performance.
6.1.2. Provides correct and truthful information in the registration form for further use of the Online Service.
6.1.3. Agrees to receive periodic notifications and/or promotional mailings to their email.
6.1.4. Consents to recurring monthly payments for the use of the features available on the Online Service.
7. CHANGES IN PRIVACY POLICY
7.1. The online service reserves the right to update the Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason by publishing a new edition of the Privacy Policy in the corresponding section on the Online Service at https://ua-proxy.net
7.2. Users of the Online Service are required to periodically review these terms to be informed of how the Online Service protects User information. The Online Service may also inform the User of such changes by posting news on the Online Service, sending informational email newsletters, and using other means.
7.3. If the User unsubscribes from emails notifying them of all changes in legal documentation, the User remains responsible for reviewing them as before. If the User continues to use the Online Service after changes to this Privacy Policy, it means that the User agrees to all the changes made.
8. OTHER TERMS
8.1. If any provision of this Privacy Policy, including any clause or part thereof, is deemed to be contrary to law or invalid, the remaining provisions that do not conflict with the law remain in force and are valid, and any invalid provision, or provision that cannot be enforced, is deemed amended, corrected to the extent necessary to ensure its validity and enforceability.
8.2. The Online Service is not liable for any damages suffered by the User or third parties as a result of misinterpretation and/or misunderstanding of the terms of this Privacy Policy, terms of use of all features available on the Online Service.
